Material List:
1、Touch switch: Choose a touch switch with waterproof function, usually with a rubber seal ring.
2、Sealing glue: such as silicone or polyurethane sealing glue, used to seal the switch part.

Production process:
1、preparation:
Clean the workspace and ensure that the workbench is dry.
Check if the tactile switch is intact and if the sealing ring is complete.
Prepare the necessary materials and tools.

2、Install sealing ring:
Place a rubber sealing ring around the outside of the tactile switch, ensuring that it completely covers the switch to provide waterproof protection.

3、Connecting wires:
Use an insulation stripper to remove the insulation layer from one end of the wire.
Weld the wires onto the pins of the tactile switch to ensure a secure connection.
If possible, heat shrink tubing can be used to insulate and seal the welded parts, enhancing the stability and waterproofing of the connection.

4、Sealed switch section:
Apply sealant (such as silicone or polyurethane sealant) to the exterior of the tactile switch, especially at the switch pins and wire connections.
Ensure that the applied sealant covers all possible water leakage points and forms a uniform sealing layer.
Wait for the sealant to completely dry and cure.

5、Test waterproof performance:
After the touch switch is completely dry, conduct a waterproof performance test.
Place the touch switch in water or wipe the surface of the touch switch with a damp cloth to check if water has seeped into the inside of the switch.
If water is found to have seeped in, the switch part needs to be resealed until a satisfactory waterproof effect is achieved.
